Does anyone know which major chain store featured in the famous Texas massacre? Did it really happen? I am trying to research it but can't find any mention on the web. This makes me think the big business in question may have eradicated all bad publicity, or else it was a hoax. Or the mother of all price wars. Can you help? I'm desparate for information.

Boro, I'm not sure about this, but I think it was McCulloch's.

I think I saw they were cutting prices. Trimming off dead costs, was the reason given.
I think TX brought back chain gangs. Simian |
