Another chimpanzee-genome site; though it has not been updated for the last couple of months. There is a sizable number of raw chimp sequences, or "traces", at NCBI's Trace Server, which suggests that sequencing is already underway.

And here is a chicken-genome site. It has been updated more recently, and sequencing is clearly underway.
