I have this theory that the *smile* referred to in the first lines of the text is about Louie the B's subconscious recollection of his Mother, who died when he was about 11.

Hmm. They're made by a company called Shannon. I don't know if you can get them in Scotland.

Maybe this is yet another sign of North/South inequality. First we steal the proceeds from North Sea Oil, and then (to add insult to injury) we end up with a much higher quality fizzy sweet!

1. I lurk here all day while I'm working, but have no idea where some of you people find the time to post so much and so often!

2. When I was a teenager I decided to jump the last steps downstairs in my friends house. Knocked myself out when I hit the overhang, and will probably have the scar for life.

3. I love tea, and drink between 6 and 10 big cups every day (uncaffinated though)

4. I just read the latest Wheel of Time book and was sorely disappointed since bloody well nothing happened.

5. I met my fiance's family in France for the first time this christmas.

6. I secretly can't stand Diana Krall's music (even though I love lots of other jazz), but my fiance loves her so I keep quiet about it.

7. I hate change (coins), and probably have a fortune in coins in jars and other assorted containers that I only deposit into, never remove from.

8. I always lose to my fiance in Scrabble even though her mother tongue is French, and we play in English!

9. I love animals, but hate taking care of them.

10. Since I work from home, I'm especially lazy about shaving.

2. My favorite poet is the same as perchance's.

3. I ate bats, grasshoppers, and jellyfish, and liked them all.

4. I am a snob in both music and films.

5. A loner, basically, and can go without human contact for weeks. But outspoken in some classes and discussions.

6. I created a religion when I was in middle school.

7. (As far as I know, I'm probably still virgin)

8. According to an online test, I have 4-5 personality disorders.

9. One of my majors is mathematics, though I absolutely CANNOT count.

10. I have perfect pitch.
