Actually I would expect people with dead , weak or abusive fathers to be more religious. With the lack of a "good" father , you make up a strong , nice , fictional father.

No , my point is that people with bad fathers should lean more towards religion then atheism.

I remember this coming up in Christianforums. From what I recall, the book is completely retarded and unscholarly. Basically the author handpicks 20 atheists who had bad fathers and says that means all atheists have bad fathers. If that'd be the case, then you'd be surprised at the wonders we could arrive by checking the religions of serial killers to cook up equally ridiculous conclusions.
