CC, we have posters here as young as 12 and 13, that do very well understanding us. They listen, and learn. This is a good place for that.
Oh yeah. Do you think it's better to be the victim, or the victimizer? |

Hey Cynical-Chick, you haven't answered any of the points raised here- are you going to?
I appreciate where your opening post was coming from, because I deal with having numbskulled stereotypical expectations shoved at me all the time (of the why-don't-you-fit-in variety), but I don't think you've defended the "victim mentality" very much at all. |

Hot Topic?
Classic Rock? Virgin? Sci Fi? Please...you want to convince me you're so different tell me you only wear vintage designer suits with a hat every day...tell me you read nothing but old textbooks and look for mistakes...tell me you listen to Perry Como...tell me you are a groupie but carry your own condoms. Jesus, what happened to individuality? Doing the exact opposite of the mainstream isn't being different, it's being the same as others who go against the mainstream. Try not worrying about what everyone else is doing or not doing to become truly different and unique. |
