How about the difference between a puppy shagging my leg and an adult dog doing the same, is the glazed look and lolling tongue in one case purely down to a physical urge and in the other case due to doggy fantasies or are they both just scratching an itch?

Maybe it is different from a female pov but "scratching an itch" is a pretty damn good analogy of male masturbation even if the scratching may trigger the firing of neurons involved in making images in ones head!
