That's what I was thinking, that way it'll undo some of the damage it's already done. I meant I should get it taken down (or just not put up in the first place) in future years. Or just thrown in the garbage, which is where Jack Chick's "artwork" belongs.

Aye, print out pz's page and tack it up right next to the poster, and draw an arrow on the printout pointing at the poster.

If some angry creationist pulls down your print out, put a new one up the next day.

Don't be afraid to stand up for the truth. There is too much ignorance out there, so much in fact that it is disgusting.

Let us know how it turns out!

You could also find an equivalent poster that actually makes scientific sense and tack that up too.

Sounds like a good idea. I don't think I'll have much problems with "angry creationists" pulling it down, folks are pretty liberal, or at least civil, in Canada, and especially my school. In fact, the closest-to-fundie person I know is the one who challenged me to bring in the info in the first place.

Heh.

And in addition to the point/counterpoint, it might be excellent to put up pictures of other fossils, maybe even on a rotating basis, from the talk.origins page.

Make sure to highlight the lack of a chick answer to oh....99% of the total amount of hominid fossils out there.

As a side note, I noticed chick glossed over the paluxy track fraud and other creationist frauds....interesting eh?

I'm sure we'd all like to hear how this turns out.

You might also try posting the url to iidb (or my website, which allows comments), and encourage anyone with questions to come here.

There is a good one on evolvefish. It lists a lot of scientific discoveries, and then creation scientists discoveries (and its empty.)

Here is a pic

This is a wonderful piece of work. Thank you!

Would you believe I've now got a Chick defender leaving messages on my site?

Howdy, I enjoyed your web site. Thanks for the link. I was on the verge of commenting here and there, but I must finish the bloody debunking of AiG's "Dino blood cell" BS.

I really must.
