doing some kind of physical movement while thinking actually helps you to think better. thats why people often say they have their best ideas when swimming or walking or something like that. i always get my best thoughts when walking my dogs.

Greetings:
Hitting 'harder' simply means striking something with greater force. I think the proper concept for thinking 'harder' is actually thinking better--thinking with more accuracy, efficiency, etc. Keith. |

On t'other hand, mind you, Descartes was supposed to have come up with his greatest hits lying in bed ("Yes, thank you for articulating mind-body dualism, but these sheets need changing."*). *Dramatization. |

Re: Thinking Harder
To think harder we must make our own mind the subject of our inquiry and for this the best thing is to relax our thoughts. Did Siddharta not get his enlightenment while at rest under a Bodhi three? Of course his was an inspiration and that is not the same as thinking, or is it?
