I wish this poll would let us differentiate between males and females. I was 17 the first time but the girl was 16. The next girlfriend i had was a virgin till she was 17, but i was 20 at the time. I imagine a 1or 2 different between boys and girls would be normal?

I'm 18 now (about 2/3 of the way to 19 (june 1)), haven't been with anyone, and honestly dont particularly want to. At the moment, everyone around me I either know too little about them to be interested or know more than I wanted to. Perhaps I'm just being too picky, but it works for me.

Its fun to think about sex, but I'm not a very proactive person. I'll get around to it eventually.

17, and it was just right. Mostly because it was with a boyfriend, we loved each other, and he was more concerned with my readiness and comfort than with his own jollies. Perhaps that's an argument for virgins to lose it to a more experienced person.

I also think it was a good thing I was out of high school before I did it, since HS is such a messed-up social atmosphere that bears little resemblance to life afterwards. It's hard to have any perspective until you've at least gone to college or started working.
