I just find it interesting. Any truth should be self obvious. The fact that homosexual sex started a horrible epidemic means that, even if it werent in the Bible, it would still be obvious that you shouldn't do it.

What I remember from health class is that HIV has always been with us, but it wasn't common until modern times. Medical historians looked back and noticed cases of people dying from colds or diseases that only affect animals that could have been AIDS.

I'm just curious...Given that you started a thread asking for places in the bible that were "anti-health," and have recieved numerous replies pointing to instances in the bible where the bible is in fact "anti-health," are you going to admit you were wrong in your first post in this thread?

The homosexual community just happened to be the first struck by the epidemic in the western world. Other countries, especially third world did not have this distinction of "high risk" groups of people, for instance,in Haiti and Tanzania it was first and primarily detected in heterosexuals of both genders. Homosexuals did not cause the epidemic, they were simply the first US victims.

In fact the US epidemic was more or less traced to a single man...an international flight attendant who was very promiscuous. It is unknown which country he caught it in, but he was IIRC named "Patient 0" by the US CDC.

Making bigoted and faulty assertions without doing basic research is immature and will damage whatever argument you are attempting to make.
