You want to know what I would really say? What I'ld say is:
Allow me to add you to my personal list of people who are not actually interested in real analysis, but only in rhetoric, oh, and also have great difficulty in telling their friends from their enemies. Count me out of this greatly confused poll of yours as being far too time-wasting and pointless. Shauri lako; bahati mbaya tu. ![]() |

As far as what other people do in the privacy of their own house or whatever, I'd have to go with A. It's none of my business.
As far as my own personal preferences go with women I'm with, I'm a BIG fan of anal, so I'd go with D. I've been with more then oneTechnical Virgin & it's been a blast. Or does that qualify as "too much information"?? |

Since you are using three different classifications, I will break this down...
- Note that these are my opinions. 1. Bestiality is disgusting and somewhat unethical. I'm not sure morality is an issue, since morals have more to do with what humans do to/with each other, not other species. However, as long as I don't have to watch it, have fun... just don't describe it to me later. 2. Necrophilia & Coprophilia are not immoral, but I would empty my stomach rather violently were I to witness it. 3. Anal sex is absolutely not immoral, and it is not disgusting either. I just don't do it because it's uncomfortable. |

Jaliet,
Then I suggest you split option B. Better yet, free response in under 50 words [ December 19, 2001: Message edited by: Danielboy ]
|

f. Still, just pick a, b, c, d, or e? Make me.
I pretty much find any form of coprophilia repulsive, but the same isn't necessarily true of all forms of bestiality and necrophilia. Despite this, I'm more likely to be against bestiality (cruel forms) and necrophilia (property rights, disease). Oh, and from the DSM-IV: Quote:

The problem is that ethics, even ethical subjectivism, is more subtle and complex than taking a poll and outlawing things which most people dislike.
Ethics exist to enable society, that is the cooperation of groups of people for their mutual benefit. At least that what human beings use them for. Obviously we have to define "mutual benefit" subjectively, but there seems to be a fairly clear distinction between "benefit" and "preference". It is difficult to understand how a person would actually benefit from outlawing anal sex any more than I would benefit from outlawing eating brussel sprouts (which I detest). In other words, when I see someone advocate a moral prohibition or compulsion, I want to see how they benefit from the compulsion, not just that they detest the activity. It seems that if one detests an activity, they can achieve the full benefit possible merely by personally refraining from that activity. |
