Now what is the possibilty, under probibility, that all of the human DNA sequence (because the entire world was wiped out) came from these people. It is the same as the Adam and Eve problem, only over less time... Silly X-tains taking fables as truth.
I assume the Fundamentalist dating. The Noah Flood occurred in 2400 BC. There is no way that we could have the genetic diversiy we see in Africa alone let alone Europe and Asia in a mere 4400 years. Then you have the enormous problem of explaining the huge diversity of animal life, some 3,800,000 named species in addition to a possibly equal number of unnamed species. It is ludicrous that these millions of species of animals could have nutated into the various forms from a hand full of specimens on the Ark.

The final Funy fall back argument is to attribute all of the physical impossibilities to God's Miracle (i.e. Magic.)

Man's science has some flaws as does everything that exists. But it is the sourse of 99% of our true knowledge. Sure Science occasionally makes mistakes, but eventually and usually soon, it is corrected. Science is self correcting because all scientists use rational and critical analysis not only for their own experimental protocols but to critique the work of fellow scientists to confirm or refute those findings.

Religion especially Fundamentalism is packed with logical flaws, historical lies, and silly faerie tales to explain origins. It makes no attempt to critically analyse its dogma. It acccepts all dogmatic rubbish as true because they claim it is inerrant, God's word. So no thinking is allowed. The rubbish must be acccepted under pain of eternal torture. They accept magical explanations without questions.

Talking

come on, now, people.....God, like santa claus, is capable of magical acts that can defy reason and sanity! God could flood the world with an absurd amount of water, somehow preserve the ocean life, whisk animals to and from the ark, AND somehow make sure noah's family was genetically diverse enough to create all the various ethnicities on earth, in the same fashion that santa claus can fit his enormous bulk down tiny chimneys, race the entire world in one night, make reindeer fly, have magical elves living with him in the north pole, AND somehow watch everything going on on earth.

happyboy, proud to know that santa and God are the same person
