Overall, I liked this movie but felt there were more than a few plot holes, especially at the end.

If the rest of the world wasn't infected and Britain was just quarantined, as seemed to be the case (after all, a disease that strikes that fast isn't going to make it over the ocean or onto navy ships, etc) then why wasn't there any contact with the rest of the world? They could have broadcast messages over the radio, like the military guys did, flown helicoptors over London from navy ships in the Channel, etc. The idea that there would be absolutely no contact if other countries weren't infected is somewhat inane. The idea that other countries could become infected given that infected people are insane within twenty seconds and could never get across the Channel or ocean (despite the unconfirmed mention in the middle of the movie that Paris and New York had cases) is somewhat inane. This was a ig plot hole for me, but other than that, I quite liked the movie.

"you know, this is a really shit idea. You know how you can tell it's a shit idea? Because it's really obvious that it's a shit idea."

Quite possibly the greatest line in the whole movie.

While true, I didn't find the movie scary (Aside from a couple cheap scares that make you jump), the movie really did succeed in the way I thought the directors wanted it to. Throughout the entire film, there was an atmosphere of tensity, just a whole not know know what's going to happen, if they're going to make it out of where they are, if something bad is going to happen, etc etc. And the whole movie had the air of being really creepy. I too, thought the end was a bit of a cop out, but it didn't affect it too much for me.

Bleh! This movie bored me stupid. It had no originality whatsoever, no scares, no twists, no nothing. Not to mention plot-holes you could drive a tank through.

Through the last thirty minutes of the movie, I was completely zoned out. I couldn't even tell you what happened.

The first 30 minutes were non stop commercials for stupid shit like cars and credit cards and horrible movies that will be upon us in the future. You didn't miss much.

PS. I liked how the movie tried to tackle hordes of zombies from a new approach, but It felt like the movie lost all direction about half way through. I don't think I can enjoy any movie that tries to use rape as a cheap plot device. Oh and the ending... I wanted resolution dammit, would have been so much more satisfying if they had just shot each other. As far as eye gouging goes... it was good but still doesn't live up to Perfect Blue.

I rather liked it. Very different from what I expected it to be.

Not the best movie ever. But probably the best zombie flick I'll ever see. For whatever that's worth.
