When you have a problem, you often do some self-watching to determine what it is, what's its source, etc. Quote:

Heathen Dawn -
Forgive me for my misassumption re gender. Perhaps it is because you have a wide spectrum of emotional response that the mistake is made. I hate to say but the non-sensical triggers and the sweeping range of emotion do argue for some bipolar-esque cause. Personally I hated meds, I felt trapped in a tiny box of responses....I found my own way to take my feelings a little less seriously and embrace the range as all part of my normal self. If it is not interfering with your enjoyment/fuctioning in life, why worry? If you come to recognize the triggers it is possible to manipulate yourself in and out of moods....Feel yourself starting a down swing? Find a depressing movie or book and revel in it...follow it down to the bottom and get it out of your system. I wonder if the coffee itself is responsible or if it is a trigger as well?? I am also very influenced by music, stories etc. but I have discovered some 'up' triggers I delibrately use...from taking a ride with music blaring, singing along at the top of my lungs or dancing around my living room like a fool to ballet music, whatever works! |
