there we go asking for 100% proof of everything

perhaps he wanted to do a million evil things but I have no *evidence* that any of it is true and tons of evidence that he actually does love me in some way. More evidence than invisible beings floating around the sky somewhere who supposedly loves us, yet strangely identifies himself differently to everyone, and etc.

Sweet zombie Jebus, if this is "circumstantial" evidence of love, then what can we infer about how the Xian god feels for us? He hasn't done even those things on the list!

PS, do you have any solid evidence that there are such plots as you suggest? Can you prove that this hypothetical father was being nice just to stay with the mother, or look good at work, or to use the hypothetical child for financial gains?

No?

well, then, we'll stick with the simplest, neatest explaination for this behavior that fits the evidence: real love. That's the level of proof accepted for a father's love, and, not coincidentally, for the existence of god.

Next?
