I gave up smokin' crack an' smack 10 years ago. For a year now, I've been saying that I'm giving up cigarettes; but I've almost given up on that now. Maybe tomorrow.

Yin/yang is polarity, which does summarize as peace. But movement (noise) is not the complement of rest, which does summarize in peace. You cannot balance peace by war arguing the nature of yin/yang rules that. No loud crying: SILENCE creates silence. Silence is to give up to determine (act) and to listen to the truth of silence.

There is yin, yang and the Tao, all are intricately connected.

The truth of Tao is inherent in Yin and yang, and so if you find Truth(capital T) in Yin you will find out what the truth of Yang is, and what the truth of Tao is.

To know one is to know the other.

This is the very perfection of a man, to find out his own imperfections. - St Augustine
