This sounds a bit like the observer mediated collapse of the copenhagen interpretation. Perhaps the only true instant is the one where a waveform collapses to one specfic state.

this are the only subject left of mine, I remeber you wounded one, you even replied with some remarks on my premise on Hands, human structure,. remember, the subject was active,why was it taken off,? forums are for debate and argument, not conformity, whats the point of taking a subject down that provokes replies??:banghead:

I'm not sure what you mean Cojana, as far as I can tell the topic on human hands is still open. It certainly doesn't have the locked icon.
Because no one has posted to it for a few days it has just slipped down to near the bottom of the forum page. |

Well, Tom Sawyer started to go the path I would have, but then changed course.
If you're familiar with Zeno's paradox, this will help. If not, let me summarize briefly: Zeno argued that movement is impossible, since to get from point A to point B one must first cover half the distance, then half of the remaining distance and so on. Thus, one keeps getting ever closer to point B, but never reaches it. Now, we know this to be false, since if we pick an arbitrary point B at some distance from us, we can not only reach it, but exceed it. Working with infinite sums, it can be shown that one will indeed reach point B: Quote:
