Heh,

I see I'm not the only one that's impressed by CC's dog and his gravity defying tricks.

Radioactive spider bites do that to a dog.

Yes indeed, its a Border Collie. They are energetic, but they all have inbuilt guilt complexes to the last individual of the breed, which makes them extremely obedient. I shall have one by october, by frig!

This is that picture I promised of my idiot dog with a box stuck on her head. She was like this for half an hour while I took photos.

Although I've always gotten along well with animals in general, I've never been particularly fond of cats. Yeah, they can be fun to play with sometimes, but most of them just don't do anything besides eat, sleep, shed, and tear shit up. Further, since I've developed an allergy to most cats in the last few years, I like them even less.

I love dogs, but I'm too lazy to own one. I hope I don't become allergic to dogs too (I did have a reaction to a dog once, but only that one time).

I have a large goofy Golden Retriever that I love dearly, he's 10 now but still in good shape and acts like a pup. Yay for Dogs!
I like cats to, but they make me itch.

I just checked my ftp, and alas, no pictures of Bad Abbie, but I'll transfer them when I get home tonight.

Didymus, that is the cutest and most pathetic thing I've seen in awhile; made me chuckle

Glad my dog's not the only one who laps the back yard.

So many beautiful dogs.... Eat your heart out Cat Threads!

*actually, I love cats, too, but can't have 'em because I live with people who are severely allergic to them*

Max: Undetermined age but definitely a senior. We have had him for 9 years or so and he was adopted. He is the cranky old man who backs the bigger but younger and stupider dogs off with a glare and a grumble. He doesn't do too much these days except grumble and eat and sleep but he's comical anyway.

Duck: Adopted this past February after my O' Shea died. He is 100% pure stupid, goofy, loveable mutt. He is the most curious and alert dog I have ever had and I call him "Bright Eyes". He loves to chase bugs of all kinds for some reason. Recently I looked out the window and Duck was sitting on the deck with his head down. I opened the door thinking he may be sick and heard a loud buzzing...a cicadae "Oh cute, there is a cicadae under the porch and Duck is curious about it" I think to myself and start back in...then Duck moves and the sound moves with him...now I am confused. Then he starts coming toward the door and it's HIM that's buzzing...he had the cicadae in his mouth! He came in the house, hubby is asking me what that noise is, I am laughing my ass off, then he decides to bite down and eat it.

Aurora: Very catlike, grooms herself, trims her own toenails, eats very delicately, and gives you a look that says "I am the Princess, cater to me". She was a stray so we spoil her rotten. When she and Duck are playing chase outside she catches him every time by cutting through the empty pool and or jumping over the little garden wall...it has never occured to Duck to go into the pool or try to jump the wall.

In the pictures there is a carpet remnant on the ground. When we first brought Duck home we was terrified of the wood floor and refused to leave the living room. Aurora is pictured with an ugly collar, since then "Daddy's Girl" has received a pink Ostrich leather collar and pink name tag...spoiled brat.
