Default Best news station?

Okay, husband decided to get satellite installed. What news station would y'all recomend?

It's been so long since I've had cable or satellite I don't know which to turn to for the best info.

Thanks!

The only news program worth listening to is the Daily Show, on Comedy Central.

...and isn't that a sad indictment of broadcast journalism.

Wink

I suggest watching Chris Mathews on CNBC, "Making Sense" with Alan Keyes on MSNBC, Bill O'Riley on Fox News, Kudlow and Kramer on CNBC, and "Capital Report" with whatshisname.

You'll become a major Democratic supporter in no time.

I suggest watching Fox News. It's so much fun to laugh hysterically when they brag about being "fair and balanced" with a straight face.

If ever you're in need of a purgative, just listen to this clip from O'Reilly. That man is a disgrace.

Thanks! Y'all are a treasure.

I do the BBS world news online already, and figured they'd be a good source, and I like PBS's news, I'll check out the others, too.

However, I tend not to laugh when I hear news slated to the 'right', I just get pissed and say nasty things to the TV in a very loud voice...the bird cowers and husband gets pissed. What? Me? Opinionated?
