All in all, it depends on what I have that's clean... birthday suit, tank and jammie pants, long nightgown, teeshirt and/or boxers. I haven't slept in my jeans in years, though.
I used to sleep in socks all the time, but we had some good family friends, one of whom always got onto me about it--something about poor circulation, I don't know--so now I don't sleep in socks anymore. Sometimes, I even have to take my socks off in order to take a mid-day nap... not that I've done that since college.
