"Jacobs, I want to know absolutely everything that's happened up 'till now.

Well, let's see: First the earth cooled. And, then the dinosaurs came, but they got too big and fat, so they all died, and they turned into oil. And, then the Arabs came and they bought Mercedes Benzes. And, Prince Charles started wearing all of Lady Di's clothes. I couldn't believe it, he took her best summer dress out of the closet, and put it on, and went to town."

Airplane II! still cracks me up.

Mel Brooks movies. Most spoofs in general.

Parts of movies can get me. The hitler scene from Rat Race. Jim Bulishi in Animal House and Blues Brothers.

I'd completely forgotten about The Ritz! Great movie and an excellent cast. Jack Weston, F. Murray Abraham, Rita Moreno (steals the entire movie in my opinion), and a falsetto-voiced Treat Williams...set in a '70's gay bath house. That's one of the few movies that actually made my father bust a gut (he doesn't do that in many movies.) That movie has some of the funniest lines.

I'll second Airplane! and Blazing Saddles. It wasn't trying to be, but Resident Evil turned out to be the funniest movie I saw last year. So stupid, I laughed through the entire picture. Note to film makers, hordes of shuffling, brain-eating zombies aren't scary - they're hilarious!

While it's not the funniest movie I have ever seen (that title is reserved for Monty Python's Holy Grail) I must mention Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. While the movie is odd once you realize that it is supposed to be that way then it has you rolling throughout.

"We can't stop here. It's bat country." Classic

If you've never seen the original Bedazzled, it's worth it just to see "Lust" (Lillian Lust, the girl with the bust) as played by Raquel Welsh. Yummy. Peter Cook's story about losing Mussolini to "Last Minute Repentance" is a classic. One of the funniest sight gags is "Vanity", the devil's butler.

Hedwig is right about the cast of The Ritz. "I had a drim. I drim about ju, babi."

"Was he a fat man?"
"Fat? He was the Magic Mountain."

Blazing Saddles
Airplane! and Airplane II
Monty Python and the Holy Grail
Life of Brian
Men In Black and Men In Black II

Not a particularly original list, I admit.
