Amen, Brother Randy!

Also:
Don't trust your government.
Life is short and good health is to be treated like a treasure.

Wink

I gained some wisdom teeth. I honestly thought I had enough teeth but my genes apparently disagree.

I learned:

90% of my problems in life are due to lack of follow-through on something I knew about.

I'm a lot better fencer than I thought.

Things I hope to learn this year.

Is my ambition and potential enough to overcome my lack of follow-through?

Fencing as in the sport?
Or fencing as in selling stolen property?

This year, I realized I am no longer capable of remaining in competitive shape without the benefit of a regular workout.

I'm not sure I'm interested in remaining in competitive shape.

I'll be 30 this year and this whole thing is doing nothing to dissuade my personal stereotype of what happens after 30.

Competing in what? You could compete in beer drinking or pie eating without a regular workout.

This year I discovered that my grandparents have much more to share with me then I previously thought. They are so cool and I never knew it until I spent a bunch of time alone with them this year.

I sifted through old pictures and clippings with them and talked. I found out that my grandpa survived a plane crash back in the 60's, that another grandparent grew up speaking French, and that our last name is actually a typo on my grandpa's Social Security card that the government wouldn't let him change.

My family isn't exactly close-knit, so learning so much about them this year really meant a lot to me.

You're not as smart or as stupid as you think you are.
