when a few countries get together and realise that some unusual is happening in our atmosphere that shouldn't I get worried. As for the smoke it is unusual that it has never occured to that degree before from normal conditions.Do we let these little things keep happening or realise that these conditions are not normal.

There is no reason to believe that events like the recent one you describe haven't happened in the past. There were just no satellites to photo it, or communication technology to know in real time how far the smoke spread. Quote:

I don't know how long the fishermen of south america have been keeping records about the fish catches associated with ocean currents but it is having a devastating effect in australia. With the rising sea level it is going to have a swamping effect on many countries in oceana. Who mentioned politics?

I've got some thoughts Jesse but I can't prove what I know more than you.
These are my thoughts. There are a billion factors, some cyclical, some not, some sinusoidal, some not that make us suffer the weather. Sorry but that's the way it is. It is sad to see that people will even use the weather as a means of subjugation. |

SULPHUR, if you are talking to me it's 0130 in Melbourne. If you are asking me to explain:
Global warming is much of a concern as FMD, SARS or AIDS. An artifact of "concern" to some people, nothing more. |

Hey SULPHUR, I thought I was identifying my post as being a reply to yours. Time of day does not equate to pomp or lack thereof.
