Good luck...maybe you should try hunting unicorns instead...

Isn't the term "atheist republican" an oxymoron?

Just kidding...I'm sure there are some...somewhere...(have you considered Objectivism...? They are pretty atheist type conservative type people, I think...)

Yes, there are.

Not many of them, but they do exist.

I knew someone would use the term, "oxymoron"! It's not true! Funny but untrue! I'm against the overuse welfare etc. and I'm looking for like minded people to discuss things.

Well? Can you tell me anything? I mean, it can't be that every Atheist, musician, peace-loving person is a democrat, can it? Al Gore is an asshole. The Clintons were assholes. I'm not a Republican but I'm certainly NOT a Democrat, either!!!

I cannot imagine someone being an atheist and supporting a party that wants to destroy the rights of atheists. But I guess if your other concerns really outweighed your basic freedoms, you could.

I can imagine a conservative atheist, but the Republican party itself is far too anti-atheist.

I happen to agree with Republicans on many issues, obviously the religious aspect (and some others) really get on my nerves though.
