Default Feeling at ease

"I feel at ease in my skin. something I've never felt before"

I am really glad you do.

an old Chinese saying goes:
"the right means works the wrong way fro th wrong man"

all i do, which i feel it like poetry is encouage others who MAy have fear about the whole subject of hallucinogens--through drug war propaganda--including negative mythis denigration of such--to explore it more fully. this is what i have done. i had LSD 8 times from 15-16......From there, i began investigating about them, and their meaning for a deeper relationship with Nature. it is a very interesting journey

At the risk of patronizing you, if you would perhaps type your responses in a program like notepad, and then copy and paste them into the thread reply box, we would be able to read your comments a little easier. Your thoughts are somewhat difficult to decipher, try as we all do (and we really do). That way you won't lose the text you type when the machine kicks you off, and I know that does irritate you.

If by "booting you offline" you mean that you're in a library or similar, and the system logs you off after 20 minutes then, well, there's not a lot we can do about that. Sorry.

I was going to say something too, but for the fact that every time someone does point this up to an unintelligible poster, the discussion descends into accusations of grammar-policing rather than becoming clearer. I try to pick out what I can to reply to as I understand it, but I suspect in lulay's case I've at times been way off base.

I think Iptf makes a good suggestion.

I agree with you, connection with nature is very important. Incidentally, I touch upon this in my website’s latest:

To Worship Wood and Stone

Quote:
relationship with hallucinogenic vegetation, and substances
No, that’s not a part of nature I’d like to be in touch with, sorry. Those substances are dangerous, they damage your interface (the brain). Heck, I’m not even allowed to drink alcohol because of the meds I take.

Quote:
I am not advocating "getting fucked2 which many new-generation Trippers understand a 'relationship' with psychdelics. not at all. i am also not adovcating strict regulated rituals. just DEEP respect for our need to open up to Nature and out own organisms
Then you can leave hallucinogens out of it. They’re, in a way, a method of “cheap grace” (to use a Christianism), because you get spiritual visions without working at it. And such a thing can only come with a price: fake visions (like seeing pink elephants) at best, and terminal brain damage at worst.

Quote:
.........it is a relationship, because you and the particular hallucinogen MEEt each other. it is not necessarily 'doing' it to you. you have to BRING something...RESPECT......same as when you talk to someone. dont attack the person. explore the argument
You’re free to get stoned and find yourself in a mental institution in a few years time. But to encourage other people to do the same is irresponsible.

Default under the hype

hun...i dont know whether to be soft or hard with you....you reveal so many misconeptions--according to my perspective i dont know where to begin
for a start. you do some rearch about 'meds'....they can do far more harm. think about it. the pharmacratic paradigm we are currently thick in wants you on them everyday...? or regularly anyway. have you found ourt exactly what they do to your brain. they are note curatives. the whole 'scientific' notion of 'anti-depressant' is a misnomer. what they do is atrophy natrual emtion....hallucinogens are that's antithesis, they are extraordinarily powerful inSPIRERS of emotion....gets out all that stuck in stuff wanting expression. that our culture fears big style. this culture want s the Brave New World pills that have you--a 'biochemical machine'--not asking deep questions about the paradgim, and basically STAYINg productive. its mode of operation is to keep you efficient and consuming...bubum

as for 'cheap grac',,,,why darlin, tha's the work ethic indoctrinated
into us by our protestant 'guardians' (or better jailers) since we can are schooled, but also pushed by parents, peers, and media.
this is what i mean by TABOO about hallucinogens. your reponses reveal me its 'success'

please. i am not creating a cult. i am not saying you MUST have them. what i am trying to instill is inclusivity regarding their free use for those thaty do. people such as yourself who are deeply into Nature are the first i wanto to reach. but i of course cannot force you to understand

(i am going away for a week. so will get back to this next. If i can access the thread that is. my system can be limited when posts are too many. must see a moderator about it!)

catch ya later....dont mean no disrespect with 'hun' etc. just my style

My dear ... if it weren’t for those medications, I’d now be buried in the ground.

They supply it with materials that it, for some reason in me, lacks. The lack of which causes unbearable pain, leading to a total loss of the will to live.

I’m not putting my head on that diseased bed, period. I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, and I’m not going to take hallucinogens.

You’re speaking of legislation? I wouldn’t be against legalising them, if only for the fact that their being illegal does not minimise their use.

A missionary for hallucinogens? What do you gain from it? And again, you’re wasting your time. I who don’t even watch films because they’re harmful to me surely will not use opiates and other harmful drugs.

No disrespect taken. Just curious, do you say “hun” to everybody, or just to the female sex? I must have you know I’m not one of those.

Default what attracted you

HI...oooops sent the above by mistake...)
ok....i am what i am. sometimes i say hun...'hun' isn't a bomb....that's good, no?

am i an hallucinogen missionary? haha no, i hate missionaries. i love talking about them and the inspiration afforded by them

about your belief in your 'mental illness'...that is your business. i personally do not believe in all of that. and i am not on my own...checkout www.MindFreedom.org

like said.....i like exploring about this with people. as expected i encounter hostility when mentioning about them i put this down to the myth against them, which is very old in myth

why are you attracted to this if you dont agree with it i am wondering?

but i will have to may be hear your reponse in a week...am going away. cant remeber if i told you...and 'heather' i had guessed you weren't a homosexual
