The bottom line is that your mind will never be changed. You are locked into your belief system and NOTHING will ever change that. I consider myself to be lucky because as a non-religious person I have no allegiance to any belief system. I am open to have my beliefs changed, even radically changed, if warranted. It's always important to read between the lines of what people tell you. Here is what I've learned from you. You were an atheist which caused you to think that life was meaningless. You also feared non-existence. It depressed you and you thought about suicide. But instead you found something that offered you meaning and afterlife. Problem solved for you. Now you apparently feel as if everyone else should find meaning in the same place that you've found it. You find it unacceptable that people can find meaning outside of your belief system. |

I was responding to your inaccurate claim that the Catholic church was founded by Jesus. I disputed that claim and apparently you don't disagree with me, but rather decided to change the point and go off about whether the religion Paul created is true or not. Whether Paul's religion is true or not is beside the point that Jesus didn't found the religion. If any post is a waste of pixels it's the one where the poster apparently doesn't even get the point of what he's responding to. |
