I'm not entirely sure God could do it without at least one blatent and obvious miracle, however. That would be an impressive debate to watch.
I dunno. 'Dr' Dino wouldnt accept it untill he saw one species give birth to a completely new and different species, no matter what else was said. Even then, he would no doubt claim that Zeus cheated and used his god powers to make it happen. Zeus would probably be forced to strike him down with a lightning bolt.

God: Here is the evidence of evolution....
Hovind: No that's not.
God: I'm am God. There is no better expert than me.
Hovind: But were you there.
God: Yes.
Hovind: Ha. Prove that you were then.
God: For the love of Zeus, you're stupid.
Hovind: Hey that's an ad hominem.
God: No, this is ad hominem.
Hovind: <Fires of Hell burn his flesh off.>
God: Anybody else want to deny evolution? Give my winnings to Americans United.

Of course a miracle would be required. Penetrating Hovind's thick skull would be a miracle!

No no no! Not species! Kind. One KIND giveing birth to another kind. For example a fly turning into a dog or proof that rocks can turn into people.

This is great! I love how the court handled it. Pretty much they Catch-22'd him.

Quote:
"only an individual with regular income . . . may be a debtor under chapter 13
of this title". In his own filings which were signed under a declaration under penalty of perjury that the information provided is
true and correct, the debtor claimed he had no income. Thus, he should clearly be ineligible to be a debtor under chapter 13.
They used his own argument against him.

You know, perhaps this case can be used to finally defraud him of his followers. Take the evidence, aka the titles of the three vehicles and the records regarding his house. Show them and say, "He says he had no income, that he has gained nothing through. This is evidence to the contrary." But then again, if you are dumb enough to follow Hovind, that wouldn't be enough anyways.

This little conversation might be worth posting to talk.origins.
