LiveFreeOrDie an evolution supporter with a picture of Mr. Spock for his avatar fell for the Onion article completely. He claimed that the quotes are another example of out-of-context quotation by creationists. Of course creationists are not the source of the quotes.

Here is a photo of Sue at Chicago Field Museum during the last stages of mounting Sue at CFM.

Note the arched window in the background. Compare it with the window in the photo on the Onion site. Very curious coincidence, wouldn't you say?

Obviously, these are people that will lie to you to convince you that their delusion is true. If their faith is so strong that they are willing to lie to convince others...how can they be SO CERTAIN that THEY weren't the victims of the same rationale? How can they be certain that the whole of scripture isn't rife with the same kind of "the end justifies the means" falsehoods? AKA: Lyin' in the name of the Lord!
