Shake, your habits sound perfectly normal to me, but then again, we ranked the same for OC :-)

Really, though; I have my cds arranged alphabetically by artist, but chronologically within artist. Books are arranged by genre, then chronologically, but if necessary, the chronological order can be forfeited so that an author's works are in one section, or in the case that an author spans multiple genres, it will be placed in the predominant genre; ex. Oscar Wilde's fairy tales and De Profundis are placed along with his plays and biography under "Theatre." I know it seems completely nuts to a lot of people, but mind you, i know if there's a book out of place!

Hm, maybe I am a little OC.

I insist that my living quarters be kept clean, which has been a fight with the boys, especially since I avoid confrontation at all costs.

Paranoid: Low
Schizoid: Low
Schizotypal: Low
Antisocial: Low
Borderline: Low
Histrionic: Moderate
Narcissistic: Moderate
Avoidant: Low
Dependent: Low
Obsessive-Compulsive: Moderate

Funny, I got diagnosed as "Prodromal Schizophrenic" in my youth. 99% of shit doesn't bug me and I'm pretty content with whatever life throws my way. Water off a ducks back. I am more than a bit narcissistic at times, and tend to lock in on one interest to the exclusion of all else at a time. So it seems pretty accurate from a self analysis point of view.

Its wierd but if I'd done the same test 15 years ago, it would have looked different in a lot of places.

All you people with your silly "Schizoid = High" ratings.

Bah. I laugh at your puny not-yet-fully-disintegrated multiple personalities!

Quit poking the nice atheists...

Shut up you!

it claims I'm narcisistic, but that's just because it doesn't take into account the fact that I really am that good at what I do.

People with schizoid personality disorder avoid relationships and do not show much emotion. They genuinely prefer to be alone and do not secretly wish for popularity. They tend to seek jobs that require little social contact. Their social skills are often weak and they do not show a need for attention or acceptance. They are perceived as humorless and distant and often are termed "loners."
And I just thought I was a nerd. Actually, this goes along nicely with my (completely self-diagnosed, no guarantee or warrantee implied) borderline Asperger's... ah, the internet, making life easier for hypochondriacs for over ten years...

I hate these tests. For example, the question "Are you plagued by suspicions that other people, including loved ones, may be doing things behind your back that will end up hurting you?" is clearly meant to test you for paranoia, however, it is indeed entirely possible that your family members are plotting against you (we've seen this played out in several II member's lives over the years). Or how about "Do you engage in any obsessive or compulsive behavior?" What exactly is obsessive/compulsive behaviour as defined within the scope of this test?

That being said:

Quote:
Paranoid: High
Schizoid: Low
Schizotypal: Moderate
Antisocial: Low
Borderline: Very High
Histrionic: Very High
Narcissistic: High
Avoidant: Low
Dependent: Moderate
Obsessive-Compulsive: Low
I hate the fact that if you admit to self-harm, you are automatically histronic. That's a pretty broad generalisation.

I don't think that Histrionic describes me very well. While I do like being the center of attention, I really only act out to get it when I'm around people who I know are ok with that (Rufus, my family, occasionally my friends). In other words, people who agree that I should be the center of attention. On second thought, I guess moderate histrionic is what I'm describing.

And I guess I also agree with the moderate oc rating--although I would like that to be low.
