Default Bush to attack Cuba?

Yesterday Cuba suggested that the US is preparing to wage military action against them. While I like most rational people don't lend a great deal of credence in the public pronouncements of the Castro government could they be right?

Let's face it, Bush has a real need to appear to be doing something. He went after Saddam and eliminated a long time (not as long as Castro) enemy. Could the far right war mongers seriously be planning an attack on Cuba? This would certainly play well in the Cubano-American communities in Florida and NY, two highly contested states in 2004.
