This is the only group that does not include "religion" as a basis of discrimination. I have always thought that strange given the inclusion elsewhere.

But it does include "creed."

There is also federal civil rights legislation, referred to in the Maryland case, that covers interstate commerce, including most eating establishments that cater to tourists.

In any case, filing a complaint with a state civil rights agency is a fairly cost-effective way to proceed.

And here's another case - evidently the Freedom From Religion Foundation has a number of these:

HaHa! The FFRF hit them where they live...their liquor license! Yes, dealing drugs has always been profitable, and they probably couldn't survive without it. :rolling:
