Quantum reality manifests itself in all facets of being. It defines the universe the way that the environment defines life on this planet.

Nope, this is all just theory. Nobody knows anything.

If there are errors in my theory, point them out so that I have the opportunity to either correct them or correct your understanding of them.

I don't believe in magic, I believe in patterns.

It is less a question of error than having nothing to support your "theory" except the religious beliefs with which you started. You've simply slapped on a superficial coat of scientific jargon. IOW, a painted piece of crap is still a piece of crap even if the paint job is nice.

Why not take your theory over to the Science & Skepticism forum where it is more appropriate and has a chance to be reviewed by some professional scientists and highly informed amateurs? Let me know if you do because I would love to watch the spectacle.

This is the Biblical Criticism and History Section! What kind of a moderator are you? Of course I am referring to things based on a religious principle. Why else would I submit this thread in this section. YB, Sven, and you diverted the thread to discuss things based upon your limited views of science. My interest was to discuss the Adam and Eve story and what I thought it meant.

Instead I recieved these kind of BS replies:

Well that explains the useless wanna-be scientists responding regarding their limited views of science in this thread, but you are a moderator, what is your excuse? You could just as easily moved this thread to Science and Skepticism rather than responding inadequately to the thread yourself. Before you get your feelings hurt and think that I am personally attacking you, check yourself. I am unsure why you moderated this post the way that you have and still responded to it the way that you have. Why is this section even here if Biblical Criticism and History if this just amateur hour science and skepticism. If you can't respond to a thread any better than stating that the opposing views are "a painted piece of crap is still a piece of crap even if the paint job is nice." then stop embarrassing yourself, simply don't respond.

Well, thanks. It certainly would interest my PhD adviser and the editors of the three journals I published my work in that I have a "limited view of science" and am a "useless wanna-be scientist".

And you certainly are a professor of cosmology.

Mmmm... If I understand you correctly, you seem to equate Big Bang = Initial Action = Creation of Space and Time. I think that is a common mistake. Big Bang is "only" a hypotetic point in time (not in space) when the density of the Universe (not only the visible Universe) began to decrease veeery quickly. Space and time (whatever they are) could very well exist at that time.

Reinterpreting static ancient myths in the light of ever-changing scientifc theories is funny, but nothing else...

Correct! (I thought you would eventually get something right )

Fanciful speculations with nothing to support them but the religious beliefs of the individual are irrelevant to discussions here. You might want to read the descriptions of the various fora contained on the opening page.

It would be more appropriate to the forum to refer to things based on evidence (textual or otherwise). Got any?

Given that you have so far refused to actually defend your claims with evidence and seem to come here with an already established assumption that no one will ever change their minds, I've been asking myself that question.

Feel free to return to a discussion of that particular fable any time you wish. Talking snakes make me smile.

My apologies for indulging the forum-inappropriate science discussion. I have a weakness for responding to unsubstantiated nonsense and ignorant assertions.

This is false. You introduced the subject of the Big Bang and mutations in your opening post.

I withdraw this comment. I was thinking of a different member.

Your OP is a mixture of biblical text and science. Since we have no hybrid forum and I'm sure the S&S folks don't want to talk about the Bible, this is probably the place for it. Luckily, we have some folks who frequent both and are familiar with the relevant subject matter for both so nonsense from either direction can be identified.
