Maybe you remember there was a hoo-ha over at B-Greek - maybe 5-10 years ago - over the validity of his (now defunct?) Aramaic-l list? If I remember correctly, you were plenty suspicious of the guy then ... Unfortunately, I don't think the archives are searchable.
