It's hard for me to know since I pretty much refuse to listen to Bush speak.

Anytime I see Bush speak I get the impression that he thinks himself the most entertaining guy that ever lived. His smirks, his sniggering and his overall demeanor are so obnoxious. I cannot even begin to imagine how so many people find him charming or even tolerable.

Yup. I don't think Bush is really stupid. I don't even think Bush thinks we are all stupid. He just doesn't give a damn what we think. He plays to his own base of support, tells them what they want to hear, and to hell with the rest of us. Maybe literally.

No, I don't think so. He seems to stupid. His handlers, however, are probably laughing at both Bush and the American public.

I concur with this... Bush isn't in charge, and he isn't smart enough to realize that he is being told to lie to us. He's just doing what he is told, like the sheep he is.

I don't know about snicker, but smirk he does. When he smirks and condescending self-assured frat boy smirk I just want to [self-moderated to keep myself out of trouble].
