Baptisms are performed repeatedly in some Baptist traditions.

Baptismal vows can also be renewed (and often are), in the Catholic church at least, and Catholics celebrate a rite at least once a year, if not more often (it is optional but in no way discouraged) in which the congregation is sprinkled with water after repenting of their sins.

Default Catholics do this all the time

The holy water in fonts at the front of the church, are to ritually purify yourself before the mass, this was in earlier church history sprinkled upon everyone entering the church. I'm an atheist now, but I grew up Catholic, and devout Catholics always had a holy water basin in their house to purify themsleves everyday.
