No. I don’t think pagan religion (belief in many gods interacting with humanity) is any more stupid than atheism. They are both wrong. In fact pagan religion is closer to Christianity than atheism (in the sense they believe some sort of god exists, and he acts supernaturally) so a Christian in that way might regard paganism as less “stupid than atheism.

PS - Oh by the way I have added The Murder of Sapphira to my Biblical images folder.
In this image I show the righteously indignant Peter accusing Sapphira of a dastardly capital crime and the feet of Peter's thugs can be plainly seen beneath the door.
You are quite a talented artist, I wish I could do that sort of thing. I don’t know if their dress is right for the era though (seems a bit bright and middle eastern, but again I wouldn’t really know).

But in 99.99999999999999999999999999999 % (rough estimation) of cases where someone dies in suspicious or strange circumstances it is going to be either death by ‘foul play’ or natural causes, and not God killing someone.
You may be a future lawyer, but you're certainly no future mathematician. If 6 billion people had died every year since the year zero, it wouldn't account for all the 9's in your rough estimation. You are many factors beyond that. In other words, you have so many 9's that foul play and natural causes is for all practical purposes gauranteed, even in this case!

Thank You for your kind words.

LP- "I don’t know if their dress is right for the era though (seems a bit bright and middle eastern, but again I wouldn’t really know)."

I don't know either. I do think that bright and middle eastern would be appropriate and that the men should all have covered heads. I was thinking of images of Maimonides . I was thinking about images of
Rashi. I was thinking about a NT passage which quotes some early Christian about how good women keep their hair covered.
I was also thinking about Rembrants Jews
http://www.galerie-dorsay.com/rembrandtshow22.htm

Biblical description of fine silk and jewelry.

Of course all these are from the wrong place and the wrong century and I could be way off base. I make no claims to inerrancy.

Lol . I only did 2 unit math in school. I did say it was 'rough'.

I still think that you might need a few more nines. After all this is poetic, Biblical math (Pi = 3).
