I can’t answer your question but if you get Godded to death just during Thanksgiving and a few other special occasions, you should be very thankful. In America it’s full-on God time all the fucking time - 24/7, 365 days a year. And it’s not just the clergy and the politicians who slather themselves in holy mojo. Entertainers, athletes and every damn yokel who walked away from some horrendous accident (which may have clamed dozens of lives) all have to publicly thank God for whatever good fortune (or even bad fortune) they experienced.

Living in the American Bible Belt feels like living in a 10th century nuthouse full of superstitious inmates who attribute just about everything to the whims of invisible, magic spirits.

Of course you can't answer my question because your not a fellow Australian which was the whole point of the topic. It's bad enough I get flamed on a video game board when I try to talk about my own country with my fellow countrymen and get hatred for not talking about the center of the fucking universe that is the U.S of A but to get this crap on a site which was suppose to have people with at least enough reason to leave religion is to far.

More then 75% of this damn site talks about America, America, America and yet if I try to say one damn thing about a country outside of your center of the universe I get hit for it.
