Just fyi, in case y'all weren't already aware, you can read Hovind's side of the raid and "interrogation", and why it was all illegal and so forth here:

There seems to be scope for spoofing some of those. Eg "It is entirely clear that the agents executing the warrants did not act in good faith" = "No, no, you can't send your demons to search and seize my soul because they don't worship the right version of god - the one by which I'm allowed to do anything I want".
