Which one is that? Last time I checked there wasn't a book in the NT called "Athenians".
Gamera is probably referring to Acts 17:16-34, in which Paul addresses the "Men of Athens” at a meeting of the Areopagus. Of course this speech, like most speeches in ancient literature, is almost certainly an invention of the author, so appealing to its authority when discussing Paul’s teachings is much less useful than Paul’s own letters. Also, it's only a couple of paragraphs long, so even if the author of Acts did quote Paul verbatim, it hardly represents a comprehensive summary of Paul’s beliefs.
