I didn't "give it up" for a reason. I didn't hand the keys to anyone, I left them in the ignition. You understand?
I have found that there are procedures for disputing a registration if you can claim a trademark on the name, and that within a certain window a registrar can return the domain name without a fight. I will be pursuing both options. regards, Peter Kirby |
