Default A christian response to atheism - hello from saukhasi

hello everyone:

I am not Jehovah's witness, and I am not doing this as some kind of assignment. If all atheists grouped up on one forum that would be so nice, but that isn't the case. and if I wanted to know more about what atheists think and what atheists are like I don't see why I should be banned from posting this around in different forums

Since you noticed, why don't you all be darlings and find many of my responses to your responses on other boards? I think I have reigstered at the top 8 or so listed at google search "atheist forum".

If you won't, I WILL get back at your individual responses later, please give me some more time.

hello, there. First thing I want to say is welcome. I think it was unnecessary that your thread was close after only one day.

I hope Mods don't ban people that are Christian that came on this board. I hate for an argument to be one sided,no matter what.

Some of the mods are christian. Some of the longtime posters are christian. It's not your religion that get you banned.

I don't believe you.

If you do not have time to respond to your own posts then you should not post. Try replying to something in this thread and see if you can restore some credibility although it certainly was fun to watch the atheists here tear your pitiful cut and paste arguments to shreds. I think you should just surrender now.

Your god cannot help you here.
He cannot help you there.
Because he is pretend
He can't help you anywhere.

Dang! Your post sounded so witness-ish, and a preach-n-run is a Hallmark of a good JW. You might want to check them out. You might fit right in.

Well that you have come back at all has restored my faith in human nature somewhat. Drive by postings are not uncommon.

You mean there are other atheist forums? Why was I not informed?

I am so outa here.

Just one more thing:

You do seem to be spreading yourself a little thin. On here at least you will get snowed by replies. I don't think you can really keep up with 8 different fora, even if you made it a full time occupation.

AS for trawling around for replies elsewhere, I think you may be being a little optimistic. There is nothing in your original post that suggested a radically new set of ideas worth pursuing around the net. You are welcome to prove me wrong, of course, but if you want us to read it, it will have to be here.

On a mission, eh?

Good board etiquette would suggest that you complete, or at the very least follow up in a timely manner, the current coversation you have open before running off and doing the same somewhere else with other people in what appears to be an apparent crusade against the atheists and their boards.
Maybe, if you ever get back from the other 7 boards, you can tell us what your goal is. What in your mind do you as a Christian hope to accomplish amongst us atheists by approaching us on our boards in this manner?

Saukhasi, you won't get banned just for being a believer. If we didn't have believers posting here, it would be nowhere near as interesting.

I haven't seen your first post, so I'm not going to comment on it- but if you want to understand why we lack belief in god(s) then this is a fine place for it. I'll warn you though- if you think we haven't heard your best arguments for belief, it's overwhelmingly probable that you're wrong. You should read the 'IIDB Deconverts' thread which is stuck at the top of this forum; there have been more Christians who have become atheists as a result of reading and posting here, than there are atheists who have become Christians.

Whether you care to admit it or not, belief in god(s) is superstition, and irrational.

Glad you're back. Look forward to your replies. Recommend next time trying one board and seeing how much traffic before making conversational promises at 8. But that's you're call if you can handle it in a timely enough manner to be polite at all 8 boards at once.

Mods don't ban people here. administrators do. We don't care if people have faith in a god or gods. As long as they follow the rules, they are fine. Since he came back, it appears that he is not a spammer, as it first appeared, so I'll unlock his thread.
