Default Sell me your soul

Hello, I'm new to this board and I want your soul.
Would you be willing to part with it for a price? Really, how much?

This is a fun question for the atheists out there, would you sell your soul? I've found many of them to be surprisingly hesitant, but there's no such thing as Hell or eternal damnation, so it's free money, right? How does 20$ sound to you? 50$?

The reason that atheists are hesitant to your proposal is, IMHO, that there isn't something as a soul that we can sell and transfer to you which makes me wonder what it is that you are really after.

But if pissing away your money is all you're really after then we can talk about it.

Got a million? I might even go for a million dollars. And I am a Christian.

NAAH. Guess not.

But I would think any atheist worth his or her salt and sure in his or her convictions could easily sell his or her soul. 10 bucks should be more than enough. Even one dollar should be more than sufficient.

Depends on what you mean by soul. If you mean the same as I do ...

How about $ 100?

You can even buy it multiple times.

That'd be Canadian dollars right? $50 thats about (pops over to xe.com) £20, that'd get me a DVD with a bit of change to spare. What's the best way to ship a soul? Airmail? UPS?

For someone to sell you something, that persone would have to believe it exists, or at least pretend to believe it exists.

For an atheist to sell you his soul, he would have to pretend it existed... and then, of course, you wouldn't say he was an atheist.

Let's not confuse naturalism or materialism with atheism. I can believe in a soul if I want. You can have it for $1000. Hardly used. No miles on the clock. All leather upholstery. Minor staining.

The best place to buy a soul is the Detox Magazine. Unfortunately e-Bay won't allow such transactions, because ...

eBay does not allow the auctioning of human souls for the following reasons: If the soul does not exist, eBay could not allow the auctioning of the soul because there would be nothing to sell. However, if the soul does exist then, in accordance with eBay's policy on human parts and remains, we would not allow the auctioning of human souls.

I can't sell you something that doesn't exist.

For the sum of $100 you can have my soul (not my soles though. I'm using them every now and again to walk to the fridge for a beer).

I'll take a certified check, cash or money order. You have to find it yourself though because I have no idea where it is or even if such things exist. If it's inside my body somewhere and any cutting is required to get it out or I have to take part in some goofy ceremony to release it or some other such nonsense then the price will be going way up.

Let me know if these terms are acceptable and we can proceed from here.

Serious inquiries only. You better not be wasting my time with some frivilous what if crap.

Get back to me soon. You're not the only one who wants it.
