I just want kaleidescope to get to the point. If it turns into a debate, so be it.

I have actually never debated astrology before. Who knows? It might be fun.

1. What is your sun sign?

Aquarius

2. What is the worst thing that's ever happened to you?

The sudden death of my first husband when I was 23.

3. How do you currently feel about this life event?

It was 20 years ago, it took me a long time to get over it, but I have. It made me realize how strong I am emotionally.

4. What is the best thing that's ever happened to you?

Meeting my second husband in 2000.

5. How do you currently feel about this life event?

Every morning I wake up happy that we have each other in our lives.

1. I don't know. Bright?

2. Christianity. Seriously. It wasn't all bad, but it certainly held me back and screwed me over a time or two.

3. I regret the wasted time and missed opportunities, but all I can really do is learn from them and move on.

4. Leaving Christianity. Seriously. I'm now free to become...myself.

5. Proud. Liberated. Happy. Horny as hell. Wait, did I just say that?

(I disobeyed and read all of the other posts, btw.)

I am interested to know why it was important that we not read the other replies before posting our own.

There's probably something worthwhile to be learned about ourselves in how we've dealt with the best and worst times in our lives, regardless of our astrological signs. What that might be, I'm not sure. It occurs to me that I might not be able to wax philosophical about the worst time in my life if it had be more recent. I'm sure others would agree.

Yeah, me again.

OK, having just read this thread started by kaleidescope in this same forum, I probably won't have much use for his/her response here. Astrologically speaking, of course.

:rolling: You're correct in your assumption that you won't have much use for his new hobby. Putting on sunblock nullifies the effect of your sunsign. But I, and a few others, had these on anyway. (Translation=Joke)

1. Aquarius, for what it's worth (which is nothing)

2. Developing macular degeneration in one of my eyes in 2004

3. Puzzled (so are my doctors, because I have none of the risk factors), pissed off, and frightened

4. Marrying my wonderful, childfree, godfree husband eleven years ago

5. Happy
