This would not affect emergency partial birth abortions that are necessary to protect the mother's health, would it?

1. Please pray that the courts will be open-minded -- that the judges and justices who may consider this case won't be so committed to abortion ideology that they fail to see the reasonableness of this restriction.
What a "Fair and Balanced" article.

Veovis, I only hope that it doesn't. I'm sure it will make things more difficult, though. We'll see how happy this legislation makes people when not only do the deformed babies die after delivery, but the mothers die as well.

I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt, because I'm fairly certain that you know very little about partial-birth abortion and when it is used.

It's of little matter, though. I highly doubt that this legislation will withstand judicial scrutiny.

Hang on - deja vue again! Didn't I just read the exact same OP in PD?? Made no more sense over there. Women will still die if these things are banned. If you think that is good news, I'm sorry.

hope's daughter, the way you've started this doesn't make the cut for MF&P. If you wish to discuss the the ethics/morality of the so-called "partial birth abortion" procedure please start a new topic. You should state your thoughts on the MF&P issues, and why you think that way.

This is headed of to ~~E~~.

cheers,
Michael

Give me a break. Planned parent hood is a bunch of liars willing to lie to women so as to make money and kill babies. They don't give one rats butt about women's health. I know your type of tactics. O yes women will die. Lets get up the old sympathy bit. Well your correct women will die but not because they did not have a partial birth abortion. I could make an argument they will live longer and heathier lives if they do not and miraculously so will their babies.

Have fun.

Michael give me a chance. I started two of these...one in politics. I felt that one of these forums would successfully be true to it's form but please do what you wish. If I start to defend these little ones agaainst these hungry wolves close this down immediately.

Duplicate threads are out of order in any event; and since there is a duplicate in Politics this one is redundant.

Therefore, it is locked. And, Hope's Daughter, posting the same thing two different places may not strictly be against the rules, but it's poor form. Pick a forum and stick with it in the future, please.
