During the drinking session, seebs announced that he had heard E-beth was retiring from Staff at CF. Many nice things were said about E-beth.

Flesh99 made an off-hand reference to Black Adder. Rigorist a/k/a CaDan announced he has checked the CF membership list and found the name Baldrick was available. Flesh99 offered him all his CF blessings if he changed his CF name to Baldrick, so he did it.

There was some discussion with IIDB Staff about the proper booze to take on canoe trips.

Elanor found a good picture of some bossyboots.

A few lame D&D references were made.

A few off-color references to BDSM were made.

Chi_cygni made a serious proposal to change how CF issues warnings. Flesh99 told him his proposal was how CF already did things.

There was some commentary on how the RaptureReady BBS is mean.

There was some discussion of seebs' unusual love life. Chi_Cygni made a rude comment (do we see a pattern here?)

TheBear put forth his theory that problems at CF are due to explosive growth. There was some discussion of the relative sizes of CF and IIDB. There was some discussion of differences in moderation styles.

During this time, the CF Staff who had been participating at IIDB disappeared.

apenman noticed that while CF mods were not participating in the thread, they were looking at it. There was some discussion of whether or not this had been ordered at CF.

shannonkish posted a list of characteristics of cults. There was some discussion of whether CF or CF Staff met some of the criteria.
