Greetings,
I have been a lurker on this site and other forums for some time now and have only now decided to join and hopefully start contributing a bit. I remember reading some old posts from Peter back in about 1997 or so, when he was still in high school and had quite recently converted from Christianity. I remember being quite impressed with his caliber and honesty. Since then I have followed his development with interest. I wish you well Peter and hope that you haven't disappeared from this community. But maybe he has just gone on a long holiday and forgotten to pay his website bills..... |

As I recall, Peter was in some personal difficulty on this board awhile ago. It resulted in him being suspended from being a mod.
Hope he's okay. RED DAVE |

Peter Kirby is dead
On the 10 year "anniversary" (Feb 3, 1997) of young Peter Kirby's deconversion to atheism (at 13 I think), I present you this PDF of his story....
The Peter Kirby story, in memoriam Hope the guy's all right. I discovered his "Christian Origins" blog went offline. Phil P |

Wow, he has cleared out his voicemail inbox on his cell phone, so I was able to leave him a message telling him how much I miss him and how I (and we) hope he's okay. I asked him to return to the internet and told him that no one cares what happened to cause him to leave, we just want our friend back.
I'm gonna spam him with text messages until he replies. |
