So with modern technology we can tell the apx age of a human from thousands of years ago, even before the supposed 'world-wide-flood'. So if, as the bible purports, people lived to be hundreds of years old, then one would naturally infer that bones from civilizations, tribes, groups, and such, from that time, would be dated to be hundreds of years old, while alive. But do we have such bones? I think not.

Is there any evidence that the Egyptians, who were numerous at the time of the flood, had anything but the normal human lifespan?

No. Futher more, there is no evidence of a world-wide-flood from the eygptians. You would certainly think that the flood would have left water damage on the pyramids. Futher you would think the eygptians would have recorded a world-wide-flood. But wait! There's more. According to the bible, the egyptians would have been wiped out, but however they wern't, so they must have built a magic ark also!

Chinese didn't exist because the bible doesn't mention them.

I believe (after seeing enough editions of Time Team, that is) that archeologists can deduce the age of someone at the point of death from the wear on the teeth and the state of the skeleton in general (older people have thinner & more brittle bones)

Surely such a skeleton would be found if people had lived for that long? And if they did the archaeologists would be jumping around with excitement, I doubt they'd keep it a secret for long. |
