A little hope?
Maybe there is an even dumber Leader on the World Stage than our own President da Shrub? After all, just how blazingly incompetent does one have to be to make the certifiable Ahmadinejad, President of Iran, look good? Yet Tony Blair managed to do just that. Maybe our poor friends the Brits are suffering from an even worse regime than our own?

I don't think any of this suggests "hope." I think each of the countries mentioned are looking for a better leader ASAP.
