Default Any former Clergy here?

I get the impression from reading the threads that there are a few of us "Disbobed" here.

I would love to chat with you and discuss what it took to send you out the Narthex and down the road.

 Here. You can read my testimony in the deconversion thread. Ex-preacher's testimony is there on page 2. Mine starts on page 18.

I'm a preacher's kid... does that count?

We're still on great terms, btw. My dad is one of the good ones, who accepts that it's faith, not proof, which makes him follow religion, and almost always completely agrees with me when I mention a complaint with typical Christian arguments (he's well aware that First Cause is completely fallacious, for example. Even gave me a third reason why it doesn't work after I explained the two I'm familiar with).

Wow, that's nice to hear. If only all religious types could be that way.

URL link please?

I did my last sermon on Pain And Suffering before a theological graduate class ceremony. WOW...talk about upset. People were crying and all that BS..I had lost my way...

I still laugh about it. It is one of the most popular downloads from my site.

I did an interview on IG and it is one of the top downloads ever because I talked about WHY I "abandoned" my faith.

And Ron Garrett. He hasn't been around in ages, but he's well worth doing an archives search on.
