Has anyone ever noticed you can take a piss without taking a shit, but you can't take a shit without taking a piss?

1st thing in the morning, irrespective of what time I went to bed or what I have eaten. Motility still good, healthy bowels I guess, but repoman I became extremely nauseous when I checked out the top ten number one. After just 2 photos I had to leave, but then I have a sneaking suspicion that 'cool website' was a deliberate ploy.
